Terms of service
These terms apply to the Ledeform website and the Ledeform products you are authorized to use, including Desk and Relay. Product-specific provisions apply when you use the relevant feature. Additional products or paid plans may have separately presented terms before you use or purchase them.
1. The service and its operator
Ledeform and its products are operated by Sensei Minimal Lda, Praceta João de Deus 219B, Massamá, 2745-798, Lisbon, Portugal. VAT number: PT517489058. Contact: info@senseiminimal.com.
Desk helps editors discover research leads, assess publication coverage, retain editorial decisions and prepare article briefs. Relay helps authorized publishers distribute Ghost article content to selected social destinations and review delivery results. Current availability and supported capabilities are described in each product’s dashboard; pilot or beta features are identified there. No paid subscription or payment obligation is created by these terms alone; any paid service requires separately presented pricing and commercial terms.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the publication and each destination you connect. Use only credentials and accounts you are entitled to use. Protect the dashboard’s private operator access and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials publicly or attempt to access another publisher’s records.
3. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your articles, images and other content. You grant us the limited permission needed to retrieve, research, format and store the material you submit and, for publishing features you enable, distribute content to the destinations you authorize, and to operate the relevant service. You are responsible for the rights, accuracy and lawfulness of the content, including permissions for images and any personal information you publish.
Review the destinations, posting recipe, article eligibility rules and audience settings before enabling live distribution. A posting recipe may include article text or follow-up comments. Do not direct the service to distribute private or restricted content unless you have the necessary authority and have confirmed that the intended destination supports that restriction.
4. Research, publishing and external providers
Desk’s candidates, scores, source maps and article briefs are research leads and editorial aids. A listed source or academic match is not a guarantee that the material supports a claim. Verify the source text, facts, quotations, rights and article content before publication. The current Desk version does not write or publish an article to Ghost; copying its brief to an external AI service is your separate action and is subject to that service’s terms.
Live distribution can publish content to external platforms. Waiting jobs, retries, scheduled batches and network delays mean publication may occur later than the source article. Review held items before releasing them. Disconnecting a destination does not remove posts already published on that platform. Manage those posts using the platform’s own controls.
Platform limits, token expiry, permission changes, outages and changes to provider APIs can delay or prevent a delivery. Publishing history records the service’s observed results; an authorization alone is not proof of successful publishing. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery time, reach, or error-free distribution. If a result is uncertain, inspect the native platform before retrying.
Ledeform is independent of Ghost, Meta and the other publishing providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. The RET Flipboard Magazine browser connection is experimental and is separate from the Mastodon-compatible flipboard.social destination; it is not offered as a generally available commercial integration.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use any Ledeform product for unlawful content, infringement, deceptive activity, spam or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Do not interfere with service security or publish to accounts without authorization. We may suspend a connection or access where necessary to address misuse, compromised credentials, legal requirements or material service risk, and explain the reason where lawful and practical.
6. Privacy, cancellation and deletion
Our privacy notice explains data handling. You can stop future publishing by disabling the relevant destination, disconnecting its authorization, or contacting us. A job already being processed may require checking its native result. To erase eligible stored information, follow our data-deletion instructions. In Desk, archive preserves an opportunity for restoration and does not erase its retained information. Removing Ledeform’s records does not itself remove content held by an external provider.
7. Service changes and responsibility
We may update pilot features, supported integrations and these terms. Changes are dated on this page; material changes affecting an active pilot will be communicated through the available service or contact channel. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
