Data-deletion instructions
You can request deletion of eligible information retained by any Ledeform product. If you use Relay, you can also stop its access to a connected publishing account. In Desk, archiving an opportunity is reversible and is not the same as erasing its stored record.
1. Stop future publishing, if you use Relay
- Open Ledeform Relay and sign in to your publication’s dashboard.
- Disable live publishing for the affected destination. Open that destination’s connection controls and choose Disconnect where available.
- Check any job already in progress and the native platform’s result. A post already accepted by a provider may still appear even after access is disabled.
For a normal social connection, Disconnect clears the stored authorization credentials and disables that destination. It does not automatically erase all publishing history, publication settings or audit records.
2. Revoke access at Meta or another provider
For Facebook and Instagram connections using Facebook Login for Business, open Facebook’s Settings & privacy → Settings and find Business integrations (the menu location can vary). Locate Ledeform Relay and remove it. For a business system-user integration, check your Meta business portfolio’s Settings → Integrations → Connected apps. Use the provider’s current removal instructions if its menus differ.
You can revoke other providers through their authorized-app or connected-app settings. Removing provider access and erasing retained Relay records are separate actions. If you cannot access the dashboard, email us so we can help stop the affected connection after verifying your authority.
3. Request deletion of Ledeform data
Email info@senseiminimal.com with the subject Ledeform — data deletion request. Include:
- The Ledeform product or products involved (for example Desk or Relay), plus the publication name and website URL.
- The email address we can use to contact you.
- The relevant Facebook Page, Instagram handle or other destination, if the request concerns a specific connection.
- Whether you want to remove one connection’s retained information, specific Desk research/decision records, or all eligible information associated with the publication.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, App Secrets, Ghost integration keys or the dashboard control token. We may ask for proportionate evidence that you control the publication or affected account, or that the information concerns you.
4. What we do with a verified request
We identify the affected publication and accounts, stop the relevant future distribution, clear stored credentials or experimental browser sessions where applicable, and remove or anonymize eligible account information, authorization-session records, article copies, queued publishing records, delivery history and associated personal data within the request’s scope. For Desk, this can include submitted ideas, research candidates and source maps, source preferences, decisions, archived records, queue entries and publication settings. Requests are handled by the operator; the pilot does not offer an instant, automatic erase-all button.
Some limited records may need to be retained for a legal obligation, security investigation or legal claim. We explain any applicable exception and retained categories in our response. Restricted recovery copies are not used for routine service operations, and a deletion must be reapplied if a recovery restores affected data.
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a permitted extension is needed, we explain the reason within the first month. Our response confirms the action taken or explains why particular information cannot be erased.
5. Published posts and source articles
Deleting Ledeform’s records does not delete your Ghost source article, a Facebook or Instagram post, a Mastodon status, a Flipboard magazine item, or copies held by other people. Delete content on those services using their controls or their own data-rights process. We can help identify relevant delivery links where available.
